You may make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period.

For deletion requests, contact privacy@BizSim.com. We may retain personal information necessary for specific reasons disclosed when we respond to your request.

Authorized Agent and Sensitive Personal Information:

Authorized Agent: You may designate an authorized agent to exercise your rights and choices on your behalf, in accordance with applicable law. Provide written proof of your agent's permission to act on your behalf. Requests from agents may be denied if written proof is not provided or the agent's identity cannot be verified.

Sensitive Personal Information (SPI): We do not collect SPI. To inquire about this, contact privacy@BizSim.com. We will use personal information provided in a request to review and comply with the request.

Minors Under Age 16: We do not sell personal information of consumers known to be under 16 years of age without affirmative authorization from the minor (13-16 years old) or the parent/guardian of a minor under 13 years of age.

Financial Incentives:

  1. In-Game Rewards: We may offer in-game rewards for viewing video advertisements or engaging with ads. By choosing to receive rewards, we and our advertising partners may use the information collected to serve you more relevant ads. You can opt-out by not watching or engaging with such ads.
  2. Rewards for Questionnaire Surveys: We may offer rewards for completing surveys to acquire user information for optimizing our Service or user acquisition. You can choose not to participate in surveys.

Definitions:

"Personal Information" refers to information identifying or related to a consumer, household, or device. It excludes de-identified or aggregated consumer information, health or medical information covered by HIPAA or the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act, and information covered by specific sector privacy laws like the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, or the California Financial Information Privacy Act.

"Deidentified Information" is information that cannot reasonably identify a consumer, provided that a business has implemented technical safeguards prohibiting reidentification, business processes that prevent reidentification, processes to prevent inadvertent release of deidentified information, and makes no attempt to reidentify.

"Aggregate Consumer Information" is information related to a group or category of consumers with individual consumer identities removed and not linked or reasonably linkable to any consumer or household, including via a device.

"Sensitive Personal Information" (SPI) includes the following:

  1. Personal information revealing social security, driver's license, state ID, or passport numbers; account log-ins, financial account, debit card, or credit card numbers with security/access codes, passwords, or credentials allowing access to an account; precise geolocation; racial or ethnic origin; religious or philosophical beliefs; union membership; mail, email, and text message contents unless the business is the intended recipient; and genetic data.
  2. Processing of biometric information for uniquely identifying a consumer; personal information collected and analyzed concerning health; personal information collected and analyzed concerning sex life or sexual orientation.
